Dealer Wins is led by a team of automotive industry veterans with over 50 years of collective experience. Mark entered the industry in 2003, starting in sales and progressing through F&I, Sales Management, and serving as F&I Director for a major auto group, eventually becoming the General Manager of a high-volume metro store. Dan’s career began in the early 1990s as a technician, advancing to leadership roles, including Service Manager and Service & Parts Director at some of the Midwest’s highest-volume dealerships.

In 2015, Mark and Dan joined forces at one of the Midwest’s leading training and consulting companies. There, they discovered a shared passion for driving results and helping others grow. They recognized the value of personalized coaching and consulting, understanding that success in the automotive industry requires tailored strategies rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Together the they bring a shared vision where Mark, and Dan combine their extensive industry experience with a commitment to empowering dealerships and professionals to achieve their full potential. Dealer Wins focuses on delivering customized solutions to improve efficiency, boost profitability, and enhance customer loyalty, providing measurable results for their clients.

Aly Butler joined Dealer Wins and brings over a decade of hands-on dealership experience to Dealer Wins, with a proven track record of driving measurable results in F&I, product sales, and team performance. Having worked directly in dealerships for more than 10 years, Aly has consistently ranked as a top F&I performer, helping teams exceed their goals while transforming dealership operations from the inside out.

Her career spans multiple dealerships and dealer groups, giving her a deep understanding of what works, and what doesn’t, on the front lines.

Aly’s expertise doesn’t end with her ability to generate revenue.  She also excels at training and mentoring teams, collaborating with desk managers, and ultimately contributing to a culture of teamwork and synergy that makes a lasting impact on the entire store. Her approach combines brutal honesty, hands-on coaching, flexibility, and a results-driven mindset, ensuring teams not only buy in, but continue to grow and succeed.
